Deposit and Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and organisation, the following rules apply to deposits and appointment cancellations:
1. Deposit Before Treatment
• A deposit of XX% of the treatment cost is required to confirm your appointment.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.
• Payment can be made in person at the clinic or via bank transfer to the provided account.
2. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time without losing your deposit.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
• In case of emergencies, we may consider individual exceptions – please contact us as soon as possible.
• If the appointment must be canceled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, unexpected unavailability of the specialist), the deposit will be fully refunded or a new convenient date will be scheduled.
